Service Description

This course has all the components of Cruising and learning to sail but with modifications. This is a multi week endeavor. Guardian Sailing provides the healing curriculum once a week through video calls that last 1-1.5 hours. Within the same week we meet at the dock where you learn to master the sport that sailing can be. -communication -hierarchy -adventure -comradery -growth -weekly commitment for progression -ends with one 2-3 day regatta -potential for a multi day offshore, blue water race as your skills build
