24 Hour Sail

Welcome to Guardian Sailing's Innagural 24 hour sailing event. Our goal is to raise awareness of our mission and fundraise to bring the about the future of recreational therapy. We combine course work in healing through faith based and clinical practices to aid in healing from soul wounds, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and a host of negative symptoms that accompany these experiences. 

We couple the sport and art of sailing to provide an outlet for restorative energy to pulse through your veins once again and move past that which has held you down. We will use authentic communcation, teamwork, and learn a myriad of new skills that are sure to invigorate your soul and take your thoughts of what held you down, and lift your hearts instead.
